3. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during therapy sessions. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services.

4. Modification of Services: Orange Child Development Centre reserves the right to modify or discontinue therapy services, with notice provided to clients in advance.

5. Intellectual Property: All materials and resources provided during therapy sessions are the intellectual property of Orange Child Development Centre and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Liability: Orange Child Development Centre is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of our therapy services.

Payment Policy:

Welcome to Orange Child Development Centre! We appreciate your trust in our therapy services. Before availing our services, please read and understand our payment policy.

1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All transactions are secure, and your financial information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

2. Service Fees: Our therapy services are priced based on the type and duration of the therapy provided. Please refer to our website or contact our administrative team for detailed information on service fees.

3. Payment Schedule: Payment for therapy services is due in advance or as otherwise agreed upon with our administrative team. We may offer flexible payment plans in certain cases, subject to approval.

4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled therapy session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies – please contact our administrative team for assistance.

5. Late Payments: In the event of a late payment, Orange Child Development Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate therapy services until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If therapies are not availed as promised or if there is a valid reason for your request, please contact our administrative team for assistance.

   a. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@orangecdc.com within 3 days from the date of the issue.

   b. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee.

   c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the time required for processing may vary.
