 Refund Policy:

  • Orange Child Development Centre is committed to customer satisfaction, and we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. We offer refunds on the following conditions:

    • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    • A full refund will be provided if therapy services are not availed as promised.

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative team.

    • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the method of refund will be the same as the original payment.

 Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
